Shipping policy

Information about shipping.

We ship worldwide. You can find more information about shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery times here.

On each product page you will see the shipping date and the order deadline for that shipping date. Almost all orders up to 2 p.m. (CET) we ship the same day.

The delivery time to your home depends mainly on your location and possible processing times by the customs authorities (if non-EU). Details can be found on each product page and here.

We already offer express shipping for many delivery countries. We will add more in the future. You can see in the checkout if there is an express shipping for your order.

To ensure that your shipment reaches you as quickly and safely as possible, we use a network of carriers that are established in the respective destination countries.
For some countries we offer you the possibility to select the delivery company in the checkout.


Currencies, taxes and customs duties.

Orders are charged in the displayed currency if you pay with Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or eps. All other payment methods will be processed in Euro.

VAT is included in the product price for shipping destinations in the EU, while VAT is not included for other shipping destinations outside of the EU. Non-EU customers might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country.

We and our payment service providers use the highest security standards and take special care to ensure that your payment is processed securely. 

Returns and exchanges

Your order does not fit or you do not like it?

We bear the costs for all returns within the EU.  In most cases, your shipment will be accompanied by a return form and a return label that is free of charge for you. If this is not the case (depending on the country of delivery) please send us an e-mail. You will then receive a return label from us by e-mail.

You will find all the necessary information on the returns form that comes with your shipment. 

After we have received your return and processed it, you will receive your refund. We will try to process this as soon as possible. Depending on the method of payment, it may take a few days for the payment service provider to process your refund.

Outside the EU, please mark the package "returned goods". Also make sure to mark the package with the original sender ID/original tracking number and EORI number:  . This is to prevent any additional customs charges.
